Katrina Rolle is the President & CEO of the Community Foundation of North Florida, one of the region’s leading philanthropic organizations, with over $100 million in assets under management. She joined the Community Foundation in October 2019, after serving as the President/CEO of the United Way of the Big Bend (2015-2019).
Rolle began her professional career as a Cost Accountant with a Fortune 500 company. She then worked as a Consumer Services Supervisor for a power utility company before attending law school at the University of Florida. She began a legal career as a commercial litigator before transitioning into Estate Planning and Probate.
A respected thought leader, Katrina serves on the boards for the Economic Club of Florida and Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare and is a member of the Tallahassee-Leon County Executive Vitality Leadership Council. She previously served as board chair for the UF Alumni Association and is a former board member of both the UF Levin College of Law Trustee Council and the UF Foundation Board. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to community partnership, and purposeful philanthropy.
